Shipping

All UK orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Barton on Sea. We use Royal Mail for standard deliveries and a tracked courier service for express orders.

• Standard delivery: £4.50 (free on orders over £75) — 3 to 5 working days
• Express delivery: £7.50 — 1 to 2 working days
• Next working day: £10.00 — order before 2pm Monday–Friday

Remote areas of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands may take an additional 1–2 days.

We ship to most countries worldwide. All international orders are sent via tracked air mail or courier, depending on the destination and order value.

• Europe (EU): £8.00 (free on orders over £120) — 5 to 10 working days
• USA & Canada: £12.00 (free on orders over £150) — 7 to 14 working days
• Australia & New Zealand: £15.00 — 10 to 18 working days
• Rest of World: £18.00 — 10 to 21 working days

Please note: international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.

Orders placed before 2pm GMT Monday–Friday are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a dispatch email with tracking information once your parcel leaves our warehouse. If you don't receive these emails within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.

All orders are shipped in plastic-free packaging. We use recycled cardboard boxes, paper tape and tissue paper. Our mailer bags are 100% compostable.
