Terms & Conditions

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order — it is simply confirmation that we have received it.

A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time prior to dispatch, including where:

• A product is out of stock or unavailable
• We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment
• There is an error in the product description or price
• We suspect fraudulent activity

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent a dispatch confirmation.

We accept payment by credit card, debit card, PayPal and Klarna. Payment is taken at the time of order. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Delivery timescales are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including postal strikes, customs delays or carrier issues.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. If you fail to take delivery and the goods are returned to us, we may charge you for the cost of re-delivery.

You have the right to cancel your order and return products within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. For full details, please see our Returns page.

Zip Us In heritage items are sold as final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty. This is clearly indicated on product pages before purchase.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the returned items. We do not refund original shipping costs unless the item was faulty.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly between screens and the actual product. All measurements are approximate.

The Cariagan® is independently certified to PD CEN/TR 16512:2015 for safe ergonomic infant carrying. Certification documentation is available on request.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive damages.
